Aujourd&rsquo;hui, cela fait plus de 15 ans que j&rsquo;ai enfil\u00e9 le maillot de natation et je suis une adepte du fitness (musculation, cross-training &#8230;) et du&nbsp;Pilates depuis plus de 5 ans.&nbsp;<\/span><span><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span>Durant toutes ces ann\u00e9es en tant que sportive amateur et assidue, en tant qu&rsquo;initiatrice en triathlon, j&rsquo;ai pu&nbsp;mener une enqu\u00eate et le constat est sans appel : les fran\u00e7ais se mettent de plus en plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 sportive mais rien&nbsp;n&rsquo;est adapt\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de leurs assiettes !
