On oublie dans ce cas le poids, les quantit\u00e9s, les plans alimentaires &#8230; et on se lib\u00e8re de l&#8217;emprise des r\u00e9gimes.\u00a0<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><\/div><div><p><span>En effet, ces derniers se terminent \u00e0 95% par un \u00e9chec : reprise du poids initial et plus, \u00e0 l&rsquo;issu du r\u00e9gime ainsi qu&rsquo;une perte de\u00a0confiance et d&rsquo;estime de soi.
